We verify all ECE coursework and transcripts, conduct employment history checks, and require proof of Live Scan fingerprinting, health screenings, and criminal background clearances through the DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index.Only candidates who meet our high standards for safety, professionalism, and experience are approved to represent DaycareShift in the classroom.
